- Take proper 7-8 hours sleep.
- Exercise daily.
- Manage stress.
Environmental Factors:
If you take this small precaution you can keep cold away from you-
- Keep a safe distance from people.
- Avoid eating cold drinks or ice-creams.
- Wear warm clothes.
- Wear a mask every time you go out.
