📦 Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard shipping terms and conditions apply. All orders are usually delivered within 7 working days to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities from the date of order receipt. Deliveries to Tier 3 cities or remote areas may take slightly longer, depending on standard courier timelines.
Please note that natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline. If your order is not delivered within 7 days, you can track your shipment or contact us for assistance.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please email us immediately at info@izagnutri.com. After verification, we will issue either a refund within 3 working days or a replacement deliver to you within 7 working days, based on your preference.
🌍 International Shipping
Standard international shipping policies apply. Delivery time may vary between 15 to 45 days, depending on your country’s customs regulations and government policies. We always aim to deliver your order within 20 days from the date of order receipt, but some delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. Please note that natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline.

Please remember that all inquiries are answered in the order they are received, so delays may occur. Requests received outside normal weekday business hours will be processed as quickly as possible.
shipping locations
Our shippers cannot ship to box type addresses including PO/APO/FPO. Orders to these addresses will not be accepted. Additionally, we only ship to locations within India. For international consumers, we recommend contacting us at info@izagnutri.com before placing an order.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
As these are Nutra products, there is no return policy to ensure the quality of the products.
If you receive a *wrong or damaged product, please inform our team within **48 hours* of receiving the order. You can email us at [info@izagnutri.com] with details and a photo of the item. Once we confirm the issue, you’ll need to return the product to our registered address at Unit 8, Real Arcade, Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA (382213). After we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct replacement within *7 days*.
Returns are only accepted for wrong or damaged items. Products that are delivered correctly are not eligible for return.
If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (10am-5pm IST Mon-Fri) before sending it back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your product is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.
All reimbursements will be made to the account details used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 working days for the reimbursement credit to appear on your account statement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you placed a wrong order or ordered by mistake, please inform our team immediately within 24 hrs by sending an email to info@izagnutri.com. We will assist you with the cancellation process.
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 24 hours of making the payment. After 24 hours, cancellations or refunds may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped.

damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise
We take all possible measures before sending your order, but please note that in rare cases damage may occur during transportation. If you believe your order was damaged during delivery, please report it immediately, do not accept it if it is visibly damaged and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
promotional items
All sales of Promotional Items sold on the Website or otherwise distributed by IZAG PRIVATE LIMITED are final and IZAG PRIVATE LIMITED will not accept refunds for the return of Promotional Items.
back orders
While every effort is made to keep all products in stock, there is a small chance that supply will not always keep up with demand. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you of a partial credit as the item is out of stock. Pre-approval cannot be withheld for a long period of time. Therefore, out-of-stock items will be canceled from the order. We only charge for the items shipped.
delays
Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. If you do not receive an email receipt, please contact the Consumer Affairs team for confirmation. Please note that delays in delivery by our carrier may occur and are beyond our control. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Return Policy
Our Returns Policy is part of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and should be read in conjunction with them. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time. This return policy was last updated on February 15, 2023.
As these are Neutra products, there is no return policy to ensure the quality of the products. Upon receipt of the item, it should always be inspected prior to use as soon as possible after receipt. Be sure to obtain a return authorization number before returning any items to us.
If you have received the wrong item or damaged item, you have 2 days to cancel your order which begins the day after you receive the item.
All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging in which they were received.
When you receive your item, please take proper care when trying and inspecting it. Make sure any security seals or labels remain intact.

This is not normal if you received the wrong item by mistake and we apologize for that. We will resolve it as soon as possible. To receive a refund or exchange, you must return the item to (iZaG Private Limited. Unit no 8. Real Arcade. Near Gopi Pan Parlour, Changodar (382213), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA .) in the same condition as when you received it within 2 days from the date you received the item.

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item and would like to resolve this as soon as possible. Please contact us if you believe the item is defective. If you find the issue, please let us know exactly what the issue is as soon as possible. We will let you know what to do next. Our return policy for defective products protects your statutory rights.
item not received
We apologize if you have not received your item. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 14 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been despatched.

what to do to return your item to us

You must provide our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a unique return number and verify the return address for the item. Please pack the item securely and include your order number, name, and address.
When sending packages, please obtain proof of postage from the post office. There is no cost without proof of postage, but in the rare event that an item is lost in transit, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.
If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. The item you receive, and return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, please return the item using a shipping service that guarantees the value of the item.
what we’ll do next
All products returned to us are checked by our Returns department. If eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item (including shipping charges). Returns are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt of the canceled order and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the original account that was used to purchase the item.
return of replacement goods
If an item you ordered turns out to be defective and we replaced it, you have the right to cancel your order for the replacement item and receive a refund within 7 business days from the date you received the replacement item.

We can only refund shipping costs for returns if:
- We sent you the wrong item, or
- If the goods are damaged or defective; or
- When returning or returning a replacement that you do not want to keep.
Shipping charges for items in perfect condition will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item will vary depending on the item and will be communicated after the testing process has been completed.
